3. Scheduling & Access

If access is restricted or unsafe, service may be delayed or rescheduled.

5. Warranty

Liftwerx Concrete Lifting Services offers a 3-year warranty on qualifying projects. Warranty coverage is situational and depends on site conditions, soil stability, drainage, and other environmental factors.

The warranty does not cover:

• New settlement caused by drainage issues
• Structural changes or soil movement beyond treated areas
• Acts of nature, flooding, erosion, or external damage
• Concrete that was not treated during service

Warranty details are provided in writing at the time of service.

6. Limitations of Liability

Concrete lifting improves settled concrete surfaces but does not guarantee:

• Structural redesign
• Elimination of all future soil movement
• Repair of underlying structural defects

Liftwerx Concrete Lifting Services is not responsible for pre-existing cracks, structural weaknesses, or conditions outside the treated area.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

7. Results & Expectations

Concrete lifting may involve small drilled injection holes. These holes are patched after service.

Color variations between patched areas and existing concrete may occur. While we aim for a clean appearance, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Concrete lifting works on concrete surfaces only. We do not lift asphalt or pavers.

8. Intellectual Property
