Sinking concrete doesn’t fix itself. And replacing it is expensive, messy, and unnecessary in most cases.
Our concrete leveling process lifts your existing slab from underneath using high-density polyurethane foam. It restores support, corrects uneven areas, and stabilizes the soil below — without tearing anything out.
No demolition.
No heavy equipment.
No weeks of waiting.
Just controlled, precise lifting that gets your surface back where it belongs.
We start by drilling small, strategically placed holes through the concrete slab.
These holes are about the size of a penny to a dime — much smaller than traditional mudjacking holes. They allow us to reach the empty space (voids) beneath the slab where the soil has settled or washed out.
This step is precise and controlled. We carefully evaluate the slab and soil conditions before lifting begins.
Next, we inject professional-grade polyurethane foam beneath the concrete.
The foam expands underneath the slab, filling empty space, compacting loose soil, and gently lifting the concrete back to its original position.
Because the foam expands in a controlled manner, we can make fine adjustments during the lift. That means:
Smooth transitions
Even slab alignment
Proper slope for drainage
No over-lifting
The foam is lightweight, water-resistant, and designed to provide long-term stabilization.
Once the slab is lifted and fully stabilized, we patch the small drill holes and clean the work area.
There’s no large equipment left behind. No piles of debris. No torn-out concrete.
Most surfaces are ready to use immediately after lifting.
You’re left with level, stable concrete — without the cost and disruption of replacement.
Concrete sinks because the soil underneath moves. If you don’t fix the soil issue, the slab will continue to settle.
Our foam injection process:
It’s faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective than replacement — and it allows you to keep the concrete you already paid for.
Our concrete leveling process is commonly used for:
If the concrete is solid but sinking, it’s usually a good candidate.
Most residential projects are completed in a few hours.
Commercial projects vary based on size and access, but the process is still far faster than full replacement.
Because the foam cures quickly, most areas can return to service immediately.
That’s a big reason property owners choose lifting over replacement.
When we arrive:
You won’t have piles of broken concrete.
You won’t have torn-up landscaping.
You won’t have a construction zone for weeks.
Just level, stabilized concrete.
