Step 1
Drill Small Access
Holes
We start by drilling small, strategically placed holes through the concrete slab.
These holes are about the size of a penny to a dime — much smaller than traditional mudjacking holes. They allow us to reach the empty space (voids) beneath the slab where the soil has settled or washed out.
This step is precise and controlled. We carefully evaluate the slab and soil conditions before lifting begins.
Step 2
Inject High-Density Polyurethane Foam
Next, we inject professional-grade polyurethane foam beneath the concrete.
The foam expands underneath the slab, filling empty space, compacting loose soil, and gently lifting the concrete back to its original position.
Because the foam expands in a controlled manner, we can make fine adjustments during the lift. That means:
Smooth transitions
Even slab alignment
Proper slope for drainage
No over-lifting
The foam is lightweight, water-resistant, and designed to provide long-term stabilization.
Step 3
Patch & Clean the
Surface
Once the slab is lifted and fully stabilized, we patch the small drill holes and clean the work area.
There’s no large equipment left behind. No piles of debris. No torn-out concrete.
Most surfaces are ready to use immediately after lifting.
You’re left with level, stable concrete — without the cost and disruption of replacement.
