A Colorado Construction Background
Owner Chad Anderson grew up in Loveland, Colorado. His family worked in development, contracting, and concrete throughout the area. From a young age, he helped his dad build homes and learned how concrete behaves in Northern Colorado’s soil and climate.
After high school, Chad continued working in the trades. In his mid-20s, he and his brother started a framing company, building homes across the Front Range. When the housing market slowed in 2007, he shifted into oilfield work but stayed active in construction and concrete projects.
Over the years, one problem kept showing up everywhere — sinking concrete.
Homeowners were being told to tear it out and replace the concrete. Chad knew there had to be a better way.
